Hello everyone,
so it looks like this by now. On Friday, I have an inspection with a company that wants to offer me a large part of the work. Therefore, I have taken the walls, ceiling, and floors out of the do-it-yourself scope. Now it should be doable.
[*]Walls / ceilings new
Remove woodchip wallpaper
Fill in large holes and cracks (do-it-yourself)
Sanding, fine filling, and painting (directly on the plaster), but most likely a fleece wallpaper will be applied and then painted.
[*]Wall breakthrough for new door kitchen/living room
[*]Completely new floor (vinyl) + baseboards
[*]Dismantle and reinstall 9 room doors (definitely do-it-yourself)
[*]Lay satellite cables and LAN cables in all living rooms (partly through vertical supply shafts, or cut horizontally into the plaster) (do-it-yourself)
[*]Attic office - one wall side
Remove old wooden paneling on roof slope and ceiling (do-it-yourself)
Replace ceiling and slopes with drywall
[*]Kitchen tile backsplash removal (will be replaced by a glass or wooden backsplash) (do-it-yourself)
[*]Install additional sockets in kitchen
[*]Replace roller shutter straps and, if necessary, winders (do-it-yourself)
[*]Basement - equip 20m² room with simple wipe-resistant floor (do-it-yourself)
[*]Dismantle and install kitchens (do-it-yourself with 1-2 friends)
