I’m laughing myself to death: My husband and I were actually almost exclusively coffee drinkers. I only drink decaffeinated but my husband used to drink about a pot of coffee a day. For about 2 months now we only have teas in the cupboard. Almost all different herbal teas. Except for the child (which of course demands an enormous amount of time) the weekly schedule is like yours. We live about 60km from the building site – so a bit more driving. Well, we are already on the home stretch... after that everything will be better...

Thanks for the tip, I will try that right away. I also happen to have a ball like that somewhere.

After our little son had to go to the osteopath shortly after birth and this worked wonders, I also went last week to relieve my tension. It did me quite well. Maybe it could be something for you too. The treatment is now also partially covered by health insurance.

Swissflex offers hydraulic slatted frames where the foot section can be slightly raised (they are also great for reading in bed because you can simply fold up the head section). I wouldn’t give ours away anymore. It should probably be available from most reasonable bed dealers. Surely other brands as well, but I only have experience with this one - I don’t know any others.
