Do a full check-up... it could also be something organic... or e.g. diabetes. Many illnesses are postponed because there is no time to be sick.

Hello,
thank you all for the tips, but I don’t think I am sick. I just had a blood test – everything is fine.
It’s probably stress after all, which I myself am not really aware of...

I felt the same way at the beginning....with the difference that I woke up every few hours but slept longer. At some point, especially when the house construction was almost finished and I could let go of my worries a bit, I started feeling better again! So just wait it out

Hi,

I think only a doctor can help with that. Maybe a deficiency of something or the sleep is disturbed and therefore not really restorative.

Mine is correct. Only the forum time when logged out is wrong.
