Complete offer from the architect? Is the price reasonable?

Hello Ysop, see 2x posts above... We had contact with 2x other GUs, but they do nothing without a submission plan (that was usually the first question), and I can only get that from the architect or planning office. In general, we have nothing against having everything done through a GU, but it seems there is a shortage of those who include this service. Maybe it is just a regional or seasonal problem, but it is frustrating. Best regards from the Bavarian countryside

Therefore, it is not quite clear to me either - usually known to be tendentially in favor of involving an architect - why they don't simply let the general contractor pull one of their standard plans out of the drawer, which at best should only require some minor corrections.

So the architect should be good. I got recommended him by an acquaintance. Of course, the tax will still be adjusted to 16%. But otherwise, it can be done??

If you like his projects and approaches, then I see no problem there. The price is really very cheap.
