Hello, we are in the middle of planning our house with 2 full floors. The plot has a slope and we plan to make use of it. In the basement, there will be a nice room at the south/west corner, but we have building regulations that do not allow a 3rd full floor, so we cannot choose the window height + sill height in the basement as in the other floors. To get more light, we have defined double-wing windows with each wing 1.135m wide -> 2.27m width. The builder told us it is unclear whether it can remain with 1 roller shutter or if it might be divided. So the question arises regarding the appearance - we plan window frames in RAL 7012 basalt gray. 1) With the window closed from the inside, the roller shutter profiles in the middle would hardly be visible - however, they would be in the field of vision when the window is open. 2) From the outside, these roller shutter profiles are always visible - and then? We have only sampled the roller shutter slats. What color are the roller shutter profiles usually? Like the window frames or like the slats? Thank you! tauber19
