While others with heat pump + photovoltaics + household electricity + storage are looking to an autonomous future and monthly only have total house consumption of 60-70€ from the grid, you are bound to arbitrary electricity prices for the heat pump that doesn’t belong to you. Clarify whether it is a must. If yes and you want the property, swallow the bitter pill. If not, then strive for independence.
