So the operator of the ring main network should be able to prohibit supplying their own heat pump with their own electricity (that's what this is all about, right)? It seems to me that generated heat from the heat pump (powered by own electricity) flows back into the ring main? Then the operator claims that Renewable Energy Act surcharge would be incurred? But he is mistaken, it applies exclusively to electricity, definitely not to heat.
Are there publicly accessible documents about the project? Please do not provide a link, just describe where the documents can be found.
The "background noise" of the heat pump ensures a high degree of self-consumption even WITHOUT a battery, which makes photovoltaics significantly more efficient (from a commercial perspective). Battery? The discussion is old and actually the summary is: not (yet) financially worthwhile (ecologically at least questionable). My future BEV has a 63 kWh battery and costs (including the car around it) 40K gross, my 4 kWh photovoltaics battery costs .... 3200€ net ...
