Closing large wall gaps

I see no problem with the data cables laid parallel to the power lines. For me, it would be a problem if they are not installed so that they can be replaced. I would always put them in a conduit.

Basically, you are completely right about that!
However, I accept it because I don’t want to mill even more or deeper chases. The DIN standard also requires empty conduits in this case, but I do not want to implement it.

Where I will use empty conduits, however, is on the route between the intercom/motor lock and the distribution cabinet.

....and don't be surprised if somewhere LEDs are blinking/shining even though they are turned off...

So, do you install cables to luminaires in a separate slot? Please enlighten me.. What if I operate decentralized actuators in a KNX solution.. could they still light up then? :))
