Cleaning damage on facade – is the developer's response sufficient?

As a WEG, we have carried out a completely normal notice of defects within the scope of the warranty. There is currently no lawyer involved and no independent evidence procedure in this case.

These considerations arose when the developer acted very sluggishly. Therefore, a decision must now be made whether we trust the developer sufficiently in remedying the defect or whether we initiate a procedure. The questions should serve to be able to assess this (with the developer's response).

None of us is an expert, so my intention was to check the statements of people who are more knowledgeable in the matter for plausibility.

A formal notice of defect is a legal act and should also stop the warranty (date of the notice of defect)

What distinguishes a normal complaint from a formal one?
As already said: It is the beginning of a procedure, and if indeed no deadline was set, then in any case a lawyer from your side should be contacted.
Because if the complaint was indeed not formal with a deadline, then you don’t have much time left.

I wonder how you even come to the conclusion that I would decide anything here for the WEG? We owners are in contact and can only decide on something through a resolution anyway.

Your post is slightly off topic right now. I have asked for professional assessments so that we can together make the most informed decision possible.

I do not come to the conclusion but fear that you belong to the "Team Galama," and you have not yet taken any position on your role. Now one from Codo's star center, formally no more responsible than the others. That is what I thought and advised you to protect yourself by consulting a professional (for legal matters, because you need that here). Again: this is not a matter of cleaning technique expertise, but of doing things right legally, and for good reason, the legal advice law has not left that to phone jokers.

I honestly have no idea what you are talking about with "Team Galama" and so on. You also don’t need to have any concerns. And why you repeatedly advise me to "consult a professional" is beyond me. I can’t do that at all. Obviously, you are not aware of how a WEG works.

Not that I need to justify myself here, but I am the one responsible for involving a lawyer. The other owners are not necessarily. Accordingly, I need professional arguments to convince them why the statement of the developer is insufficient. Because they basically want to carry out repairs.

Either you can contribute something professional or not. If not, please refrain from further "suggestions" of this kind. Thank you.
