As a WEG, we have carried out a completely normal notice of defects within the scope of the warranty. There is currently no lawyer involved and no independent evidence procedure in this case.

I do not come to the conclusion but fear that you belong to the "Team Galama," and you have not yet taken any position on your role. Now one from Codo's star center, formally no more responsible than the others. I honestly have no idea what you are talking about with "Team Galama" and so on. You also don’t need to have any concerns. And why you repeatedly advise me to "consult a professional" is beyond me. I can’t do that at all. Obviously, you are not aware of how a WEG works.

Not that I need to justify myself here, but I am the one responsible for involving a lawyer. The other owners are not necessarily. Accordingly, I need professional arguments to convince them why the statement of the developer is insufficient. Because they basically want to carry out repairs.
