Definitely not. But let's drop the discussion, you apparently always have some opposing experiences to criticize your opinions anyway.

says the one who in turn contradicts my experience. You realize that yourself, right?

so you are saying that there is NO safety included in the hole and the civil engineer simply signs off on that! the engineer has no problem at all with even the slightest deviations from the assumed value (e.g. 20cm next to the drill hole is 20cm deeper than scraped off, worse soil again) causing the house to crack and him being sued for hundreds of thousands.
you also believe in Santa Claus, right?

and don’t come at me now saying that you didn’t write that. THAT is exactly what you wrote, because you call my safety nonsense!

My statement, unlike yours, is not generalized based on my experiences. You say that no one would ever sign it. I say that is wrong because it was done in my case. Do you notice the difference?

Please don’t twist my words: I wrote "definitely not" in response to your statement "definitely too big and deep :) (so heavy security included)." So not that there was no security at all.

And you only know black and white.

Which security did I call nonsense? I only said that there are also people who are willing to put their statements in writing and thus take responsibility for them. You, on the other hand, say that this is never the case, and I shared my differing experience with you instead of generalizing. So calm down...

Hello,

I wanted to tell you how the story ended.

We have now talked to various people. A friend who has already built several houses was particularly helpful to us. He pointed out that in case of a lawsuit, the soil survey is used as the basis. Everything else is then just hot air. Accordingly, we have now found a civil engineer who looks trustworthy to us and have obtained our offer (as a worst case) based on the report.

Thanks to everyone for the exchange of ideas
