City villa - Your opinion on the floor plan

Yeah yeah, the stairs have already cost me nerves. I just don't know which option is best for the situation.

actually yes, because I want to have 2 full floors

What does the development plan say? Are that many sqm still allowed? Also an extension itself?

Without going into too much detail now:

- Office, Child 1 and dressing room are far too narrow and tube-like
- Master bedroom too small. If there is a large bed with bedside tables, you can hardly move around in it.
- Room doors look very small on the plan

But as already mentioned above, with a functioning staircase, all of this will change completely anyway.

The house is to be built as an extension to the parental home in the style of a city villa.

I assume you will build according to § 34? If so, this does not automatically mean that you are allowed to attach a two-story building to a one-story building. Have you once checked with the building planning office whether another house can even be placed on the existing plot and, if so, what the "extension" is allowed to look like?
