I would be much more bothered by having to carry the laundry through the whole house and through the kitchen. The shower in this bathroom is also very questionable. You almost have to jump over the toilet. And the absolute worst are the garages immediately on the left and right. Light is only possible from the front now. Why is that?

I think the house looks crooked on the right because of the staggered windows. The two garages (someone once called them elephant ears here) are also not to my liking. I don’t like the orientation either. Instead of the mini windows on the south and the garage on the west, I would have opened the whole house to the sun despite the annoying orientation. The floor plan is otherwise rather standard. The door to the utility room would bother me too.

And sorry: I’m missing the north arrow in the drawings, I probably rotated something to the south or something like that.

The house has almost a townhouse character due to the garages. A pity.

Yes, and why are they then pushed so far back? You'd be ruining your living room. The smaller evil would be in front by the [Technikraum]. Sorry, I wouldn't build it like that. If a car absolutely has to be parked on the left and right, then at most under the open carport further forward.

What is the purpose of the ominous box between the living room and the long garage?
