Flow rate.
About 3 bar at (each) sprinkler is sufficient.

OK, because every filter, corner connection, length etc. costs pressure. Additionally, I have read that the sprinklers also cost pressure, so I was a bit confused.

Assuming I have 6 bar and 6 m³/h, which the tip can handle. If I generously subtract 2 bar because of pipe length, etc., 4 bar remain. Roughly how many sprinklers with 2.8 bar can I then operate?

How many sprinklers you can operate depends on the flow rate. A 5-meter sprinkler with 360° requires significantly more than a 90° sprinkler with a 1-meter throw distance. Then the pipe lengths also play a role. As a guideline for 32 mm pipes, you can assume that up to 2500 liters per hour you are on the safe side. You will also have sufficient pressure then.

I am planning with a 32 and my line lengths will be about 15-50m from the distributor. It is 20m from the cistern to the distributor. Otherwise, almost 10 circuits with about 35 sprinklers. The Tipp EP 6 produces 5.7 bar and 6.3 m³/h, which is good. I briefly considered using a pump that has slightly less pressure but more flow. That should work.

I have to see how many circuits I can run in parallel. There are nearly 250m² of lawn with 4 circuits, 5 drip circuits for hedges and raised beds, and 1 permanent for water withdrawal.

Hello everyone,
I have been following this post for a few months.
Last week, my excavator installed the cistern.
Now the question remains about the hose. My wish is to lead the hose to 2 locations (left and right). For this, I bought 50m of PE hose. My cistern lid is about 1m deeper than my terrace. The excavator says it has to be that deep because of the downpipe. He suggested that he lay the KG pipe as a conduit.
Question:
- How did you implement the T-distributor (branches to 2 locations)? Or what do you recommend?
- How did you connect the PE pipe to a submersible pump? I fear that the PE pipe is too rigid. Besides, my current cistern lid is about 1m deep. It will be somewhat complicated with the submersible pump.

Thank you very much for your answer.

Take the fittings from Unidelta. They have all the variants you need, e.g. T-piece. What kind of PE pipe do you have? You don't need conduit for the PE pipe. Of course, you can connect a submersible pump to it. Precisely for such permanent installations, you use something like that. Again Unidelta... And it’s not complicated either. I have a 63 PE pipe on my submersible pump. That is really rigid... I assume you have a dn25 or at most a dn32.
