That would of course also be an option.

I have to follow up here because it will be coming up for me soon as well. Do you see the solution as practicable? If you want to do something on the pump, do you disconnect the 90° connector and can you pull the pump up? Many thanks

What do you want to do with the pump? In autumn, simply blow the system empty with a compressor and that's it. For maintenance, just loosen the connectors and pull it up. I haven't been at the pump at my mother's place for 10 years...

You never know... but then you just have to go down if necessary. I would plan a T-piece inside the cistern and install a valve at one outlet. So that you can open it in autumn to drain the water here.

Do you have a plan to fill the cistern with drinking water?

I would like to install a DN32 (is that possible up to 50m?) or DN63 from the water supply line to the cistern for filling, with a solenoid valve before the cistern.

Does it make sense to attach the water outlets directly to the line here? For example, if you want to connect a garden shower sometime.

The refill does not need to be larger than the water meter. Theoretically, a small pipe is also sufficient. As soon as, for example, the cistern is half empty, start the refill. If you no longer irrigate, have the refill stop at half full. This leaves enough space for rainwater.

DN63 does not require a normal installation. Mine is "sick" and I have DN63. But my pump also handles over 35m3...

Yes, the water dose can be connected directly to the pipe. You don't need to switch a shower and it has its own fitting.
