Choosing a central vacuum cleaner: power, provider, installation?

I want to plan a central vacuum system for a single-family townhouse renovation. Planning the pipes and sockets is relatively simple, I will work with a 10m suction hose, and I have three floors (possibly a guest room in the attic) each with 50 sqm and can place the socket(s) centrally.

However, I am clueless when it comes to choosing the devices. In our semi-detached house, we currently have a Fewas DuoVac. What I really like about it is that the dust filter (a kind of sock over the outlet of the dust container) is washable. That means I don't want a system where I have to buy dust bags. Taking out the container twice a year and washing the sock is okay.

Do you have any tips on how to choose performance and providers?

For installing the sockets, I have a bricklayer. Do I need an electrician for installing the sockets (or how does the control signal get from the socket to the motor: I might have used the wrong search terms, but I can’t find anything)?

Why no robot vacuums and/or cordless vacuums. Central vacuum systems only have disadvantages.

Yes, central vacuum systems really aren't used anymore these days. Expensive and impractical.

In the parental home, there was one. The strong suction power was positive, but compared to cordless vacuum cleaners, it was already cumbersome.

How much does a central vacuum system cost approximately? I can also imagine that there are more sensible investments.

Whether I really want it is not up for debate for me. In the past decades I have tried everything, including smart robots. Central vacuum system rocks! No comparison with conventional devices. Only need to empty it once or twice a year and always good suction power. I still have a robot for a few rooms.

Material costs are in the low single-digit thousand range. Fits into my calculation.

The question remains: how do I choose the manufacturer? It would be important to me not to have any consumables (washable filters would be okay).

I understand it just as little as my predecessors......I wouldn't feel like carrying the hose around all the time.... I feel like you're buying a phone with T9 and SMS nowadays because you like it better,.....you can do that....
