Child construction allowance with non-final building permit

I think the discussions here are actually irrelevant, since the application can only be submitted after one has moved in. The same rule applies to the homeowner subsidy of the Bayernlabo. We are struggling with this because by the deadline probably only the screed will have been laid. No idea if one can already register there as residing. I would also be happy if they already sent my mail to the house.

Uh, are you sure? At least our neighbors are planning with a building permit in 2020 to get BauKiGe.

When and how is the grant to be applied for? You apply for the grant in the KfW grant portal within 6 months after you have moved into the residential property. An application before moving into the residential property is not permitted. Corresponding applications will be rejected.

True. However, it is probably also relevant when the building permit was granted in order to limit the funding period. Then the money simply comes later, which may have to do with the fact that they want to support those who have built their own home.

I understand it as follows: Anyone who does not manage to move in in 2020 cannot submit an application and consequently will not receive any money.
