We are in the same situation of having to fear that we will not manage to get the building permit by the end of the year. With 3 children, this is extremely annoying, especially since we lost at least 4-5 months due to all the Corona crap. From this perspective, it is somewhat true that "suddenly it no longer applies," since we had previously "counted on it" firmly.

I believe a public forum is not very suitable for tips on subsidy fraud

What is fraudulent about that? I am building and just using the legal way to make a change???

You have to decide that yourself based on the funding guidelines and with the help of your conscience.

The funding was clearly scheduled from the beginning and time goals are simply reached at some point. Nothing just suddenly ends.

And Corona? General life risk. Sometimes things just turn out differently than expected. Especially in construction.

Nobody claimed otherwise. On the other hand, there is absolutely nothing wrong with someone looking for (legal!) ways to get the best outcome for themselves instead of just being brushed off with "tough luck."

Well, but is it really legal if you already know that you will not build the house like that? The intention to build a house is after all not physically building a house.
