As a few users here have already written, KfW no longer only promotes the first purchase, but also the only property, which could be the second one, which is reasonable and fair. The 48k€ was not included in the financing plan, the new house is also almost completed. However, I still want to have the funding and will not simply accept an ill-considered/unclear regulation and will seek my right, which is not forbidden. Ultimately, it must be clarified whether a purchase intention declaration before the building permit is sufficient with the "sale of the old property," because then the problem would be solved? That is actually what this thread is about, and I did not want to have to justify why I am seeking my right..
