Laundry chute from the main bathroom to the utility room including appropriate planning so that it is above the same. Shower in the guest bathroom. In every bathroom. Floor-level. Space for network cabinet in the utility room Network cable into the attic for tinkering (feed SAT into the network, cameras with POE in the attic box etc) Only double LAN sockets. LAN in every room. Even your fridge needs LAN. Smart mirror in the bathroom? Needs LAN... And in any case in the hallway, for the WLAN. Recess inside the screed behind the apartment door, where you can place a mat. Pantry has a door to the carport with us. Practical.

Thank you - we don’t need a laundry chute - utility room on the upper floor : ) But maybe interesting for other people. I included LAN in the attic for myself. We are getting a gable roof - it was also mentioned here to avoid skylights in the bedrooms in order to be able to sleep even during rain etc. I also have the point of skylights. So a glass element above the door frame to get light into the hallway. Thanks Karsten. From your list, I noted the utility sink : ) I would have liked a beach chair too - but in Bavaria we only have mountains, no sea : ) Regards

I think, for those who are completely confused by the original post as to why a checklist includes this and that, it should be said that these are individual wishes and they do not necessarily have to have the wishes you mentioned. Off topic, regarding your PM: If my posts do not provide you with any added value, you are welcome to put me on the ignore list. Why should I put anyone on the ignore list whose posts I do not like?

Who says you need the sea for a beach chair? Besides, there is also a sea in Bavaria - at least that's what the Munich residents claim who go to the Bavarian Sea. The Chiemsee

It should also be a pool. Provide connections, including for a heater ([Heizschläuche auf dem Schuppendach]). Ideally next to it an outdoor sauna, including light and LAN. Don’t forget the shower. Plan pathway lighting in the garden, as well as irrigation.
