Thank you - we don’t need a laundry chute - utility room on the upper floor : ) But maybe interesting for other people. I included LAN in the attic for myself. We are getting a gable roof - it was also mentioned here to avoid skylights in the bedrooms in order to be able to sleep even during rain etc. I also have the point of skylights. I think, for those who are completely confused by the original post as to why a checklist includes this and that, it should be said that these are individual wishes and they do not necessarily have to have the wishes you mentioned.
