Hello,

we have bought a semi-detached house from a [Bauträger].
We need to do the electrical planning with the electrician soon.

Can you give me a checklist of what to pay attention to in electrical planning, especially with a [Bauträger].

What points do we need to consider in conventional electrical planning?

No one can tell me what I have to pay attention to in conventional electrical installation when I build a house with a developer?

Enough sockets and light switches, ceiling outlets, wall outlets (if desired), power for electric roller shutters (if available), outdoor socket(s), network wiring. Completed furnishing, to know where what needs to go, especially the kitchen must be fully planned... What does your builder's scope of work look like, so what is already included?

We have enough lamps and light switches. We also have plenty of sockets but need to take a few more. Electric roller shutters are standard. The kitchen is already planned with sockets (also plenty). We have 1 outdoor socket on the terrace. We will lay power to the garden ourselves from the garage with underground cable. Ethernet and Sat cables will be placed next to each other, 2 Ethernet and 2 Sat cables per room in one wall box.

You can also easily google something like that. Several checklists come up immediately. And how many sockets, ceiling outlets, and type of equipment you want, you also have to know a bit yourself. There are many threads here about new planning, you could also read through those.

The number of sockets is of course always individual, I just wanted to know what and which areas we need to consider in the electrical planning that we are probably not thinking of at the moment

what do you mean by wall and ceiling outlets?
