You obviously have no idea how much disposal of excavated material costs; depending on the region, the thread creator's request is quite realistic.

Pure theory: If the soil is so good that you want to have it, then the person would not have to pay anything for it at the landfill either. If they have to pay you less than at the landfill, then you might not want the soil after all?

You better hold back with such judgments. Cheeky would be what happens if he lets the earthmover deliver the soil. He demands full costs for landfill and transport at another site, only to then charge the recipient the full costs for landfill and filling material.

That is WRONG. Disposal of completely uncontaminated Z0 excavation costs a lot of money, which is completely perverse. Therefore, many will gladly accept the OP's offer...
