Either it is good excavation material, then you always get rid of it for free or can even demand money for it. If it is poor clayey or rocky excavation, then you certainly do not want it either. If it is medium quality for filling, then free delivery is already very fair. Your plan therefore has massive logical flaws.

Sorry for misusing the thread for a personal question, but it just fits "the topic".

We have had a vacant lot in the new development area for some time.
A few weeks ago, we had to realize that someone had dumped a "pile" of excavated soil there. At first, we assumed it was from the neighbor who is already busy building and would surely clear it away.
A few days ago, another pile appeared, which certainly did not come from the neighbor and no one else "could have been" either.

Obviously, we already made the mistake of not erecting a construction fence on the property.
Do you perhaps have a tip on how to proceed in this case, other than swallowing the bitter pill and disposing of everything ourselves?

A construction sign with “Privatgelände” “Betreten verboten” is a way to indicate that the property is not for strangers.

Camera dummy and warning sign will do in a pinch. Better a dummy with a visible wireless transmitter attached.
