Someone who wants to break in somewhere doesn’t care whether the shutters are up; everything is scouted out anyway. They know better when you are home and when you are not than you do yourself. If everything is closed, no one can look through the windows to see what can be stolen, plus the shutter is another obstacle that must be overcome, and it also saves energy in winter and keeps it cool in summer ;)

If it should be simple, I would recommend wireless motors. Otherwise, with cables, simply use several isolating relays or switches with built-in isolating relays.
