Not much, except that I am very surprised that you only save 1200 monthly. I mean, after deducting rent you have 3500 net. Spending over 2000 monthly on living expenses is quite a lot. Can you really restrict yourselves so much that you manage with a total of 2700 at all?

To explain, it must be said here that we have not had much so far (Gehaltserhöhung).

So far we have had about 500 less

Short list:

3800
- 700 (rent)
- 350 (additional costs)
- 100 (phone, internet)
- 400 (food)
- 300 (fuel and insurance)
- 300 other insurance
the rest was saved. was mostly 1200 + 400 for building savings contracts

seems to be a bargain... the price sounds very tempting... I hope you have consulted an independent building surveyor who will check the house again?!
