Can a geothermal basket precondition the air for controlled residential ventilation?

With "DaHias" I don't need a profile to know that he is from Bavaria :p

@
So, as already suspected here ;) we live near Augsburg. Our house was done by a carpentry company that is located here in our town.

I’m sorry if my post was a bit unclear.
First of all, very important: airing also means cross-ventilation at night (this wasn’t clear from my post, sorry)! So in the evening when it’s cooler, windows open, partly then the whole night upstairs, at the kids’ and downstairs closed again when we go to bed. In the morning my wife opens again at 6:00 (or I do at the kids’ when they are up).
We live in the countryside, not in the city, so it cools down quite well at night and traffic noise is not an issue.

I actually wanted to write "put aside". We have ventilation and a heat pump from Viessmann, which can cool passively with the so-called "NC-Box". We don’t have that yet and it has moved down the priority list.
With the controlled living space ventilation I can set a ventilation schedule for each weekday using the Viessmann app. I set it up as described above at the beginning of summer, and in autumn I adjust it again (more during the day, less at night). In the long term I want to see if I can do it “smarter” with Node-red.

Shading is done upstairs with roller shutters, downstairs with venetian blinds, controlled by KNX. We don’t have roof windows.

The open space is living and dining, open to the kitchen. That’s why it’s always about 1-2 degrees warmer there than in the rest. So today, for example, basement 20.5, kids upstairs 22, open space 23.5 degrees. When it was 35 degrees outside, it was then around 25-26 degrees in the evening (I’m wording carefully because I can’t remember exactly).
@ And that was quite reasonable compared to the outside temperature – with me and my ladies anyway…

So I just want to say, from my experience you can look forward to a fairly well coolable house and with what you’re planning you’re already doing very well.

Thank you for your answer!

With Viessmann, we would have both options as well, but I want to switch to the controlled residential ventilation from Zehnder during the sampling because carbon filters are offered as standard here, which is unfortunately not the case with Viessmann, or only available as accessories. (Far from the topic, but I stumbled here again because we are planning with an enthalpy exchanger, and this network has had problems for years, and still does today, regarding a strange "plastic smell" with the one filled by Zehnder. So we’ll have to wait, also to see what the builder will charge for the change .)

I somehow had a little hope that it would be possible to keep the temperature low without cross-ventilation through windows (allergic person in the house), but it is actually clear that this is not possible; a spark of hope just keeps popping up . We are very much looking forward to the house and also believe it will be good, I just hope that the HVAC pre-installation by the builder can be implemented, but we will only find out at the sampling, and unfortunately, there is still a lot of time until then.

As I said, thank you for your explanations and enjoy your time living in the house...
