I don't know what's unbelievable about 1600 euros just for the house turnkey without flooring and painting?

Currently landing at approximately €1800/sqm turnkey including painting, geothermal energy, controlled residential ventilation and garage excluding floors, ancillary construction costs and land.

Cheap doesn't always mean shoddy... the same house built in the Munich metropolitan area with the same materials would probably have cost me twice as much (not to mention the land)... but is it worse just because you paid less? For that, an employee in this region probably also earns twice as much net... of course, he can only turn his nose up at my prices.

I just wanted to support Winnetou in his statement that the differences can be extreme depending on the region...

We are currently planning in BW and have offers of just under €1900/m², with the basement as a white tank already included. If I estimate the basement at just under €80,000, I also come well under €1800/m².

Not everyone sinks over a million in new construction
You just have to be clear about what you get for the money. If someone is satisfied with a simpler standard, why not?
