We just had this experience after selecting the sanitary fittings. We held back (quote from the saleswoman: The surcharge compared to your standard is not that big...) and ended up with a material value of €14,000. The standard material value is €4,800. I was pissed off. Now we are selecting elsewhere again. How did you get your sanitary installer to install the items and provide a warranty?

I installed the items myself. If you don’t have two left hands, it’s not a problem.
