For budget reasons, I am considering buying a used kitchen.
I had already thought about a Udden, but then discarded it due to structural problems.
My new favorite is a Faktum, about 4 years old, with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, freestanding refrigerator that roughly has the right dimensions to fit into my kitchen.
I would arrange the existing elements somewhat differently.
I will buy a new sink without a draining board to avoid unnecessarily reducing the kitchen workspace and a worktop.
Unfortunately, I do not yet have the individual dimensions of the used unit. However, I estimate the sink unit, stove, and dishwasher to be standard 60 cm. The total length of the unit is about 300 cm.
The wall cabinets are 70 cm wide; I am not yet sure how to hang them, most likely stacked.

Here is my kitchen at the moment
Water installation
I plan a dishwasher (which comes with the used kitchen).
In my kitchen, the water pipes (supply and drain) come from the left wall. The distance to the left wall is about 90 cm.
Does the sink have to be located directly above it?
That would cause me to lose quite a bit of space between the sink and the stove, or does it make sense not to place the sink right in the corner?
Directly on the wall from which the water pipes come are two valves. Distance to the wall 25.5 and 39 cm. Height about 121 cm.
I suspect I will need an extra-deep worktop due to the surface-mounted pipes?
Electrical installation
There are only a few sockets available. Under the worktop, just one and one for the oven. As far as I have read, you can expand one Schuko socket with a so-called "power distributor box." Has anyone had experience with that?
Above the worktop, there is only a single double socket.
So nothing for possible lighting under the wall cabinets and for a cooker hood (ventilation apparently not possible).
I suspect I have found a distribution box; I will ask an electrician if he can branch off additional sockets for work lighting and the cooker hood. But that will only be surface-mounted.
Maybe he can also convert the double socket above the worktop into a triple or quadruple socket.
Window
One wall of my kitchen consists entirely of a huge window with two large sashes which, when opened, protrude about 118 cm into the room. But exactly there I would like to place the stove, simply because I see few other options.
A wall cabinet, shelf, or cooker hood would then block the window. Tilting might still be possible, but not fully opening it. However, the other sash can still be fully opened.
Or would it be better not to block the window?
Pantry
There is a pantry so that I don't have to store everything in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the door is quite narrow (55.5 cm), and there is no socket. My plan: branch off a socket from the light. Does anyone know if that is possible? (I will of course have it done by a professional)
Remove the door from the refrigerator and reinstall it in the pantry.
Worktop

One because Ikea Faktum apparently always requires a 62 cm depth, and also because of the surface-mounted pipes on the wall.
Unfortunately, it takes about 6 weeks if I order the worktop at IKEA; I have not yet found one with the dimensions (about 310x64x3) in the hardware store. Does anyone have a tip where I can get such a panel faster?
Seating
Do you have a nice idea for a seating area (2-3 people)?
