Is there by any chance a structural engineer in this forum who can help us and say whether the load-bearing walls in the house can be removed?

Both professions usually advise against it.
You of course *cannot* just remove load-bearing walls like that. The structure’s stability would then be affected, and there would be an immediate risk of collapse.
It might be possible to remove parts of the wall and create a passage; of course, a lintel must then be dimensioned according to the conditions and professionally installed.
This is always a case-by-case consideration and calculation.
Here you need to have it planned (architect + structural engineer). Based on concrete building plans and much more.
