If the wood in the base area looks like the stairs, it is more likely a ruin. I would check that carefully.

The base is masonry, clad with bricks. On top of that, the wooden frame. That is never going to be ruined. I don't believe it.

At least with the terrace, which does not exactly look professional, I would still examine it closely.

Have the stairs and terrace better inspected by a professional.
