Bungalow with developed attic 135 m² (amateur) draft please evaluate

Looks a bit short to me, but that can be deceptive. The platform needs quite a bit of space. Do you already have an idea of how high the ceiling should be and the floor height? The platform usually needs about 3m depth.

I marked it at 2.70m, just roughly, maybe it will look smaller then. I had thought about a room height of around 2.50m.

Then it will be tight. With 15 steps you would have a rise of 19cm, which is the upper puking limit at about 275cm stair depth. One more step would be better, then the rise would be just under 18cm. But if you then want a reasonable tread width of 27cm, you need 290cm stair depth. Everything is possible with less space and steeper stairs, but I would prefer to plan generously.
