Building plans for a multi-family house with 4 apartments and a penthouse sought

we are looking for construction plans of a multi-family house with 4 apartments + penthouse.
Living area of the apartments: 80 m2 - 100 m2
Penthouse: over 120 m2

The plans should be dimensioned, include section A-A and elevations.

Based on the construction plans, it should be possible to obtain cost estimates for the shell construction, earthworks, sanitary and electrical work.

Please include a price proposal.

In the case of a multi-family house - whether for rental or divided into [ETW] for sale - it is economically sensible to make optimal use of the property. As different as plots and development plans are, it is as unlikely (six with an extra number) that someone happens to already have exactly the house in the drawer that makes the best economic use of this property.

We want to find out, using a similar building plan, whether the construction costs for the shell etc. will fit within our financial framework.
Since the shell construction is to be carried out as own work.

In the green one you posted one that (honestly looks quite awkward) and represents about 120 sqm per residential unit.

However, I find it sufficient to use it to inquire with house providers (solid or prefabricated house builders, it doesn't matter for a qualified cost estimate whether it is identical to the desired construction method).
