Building permit fee - What did you pay for it?

We built nearly 7 years ago.
I have to ask a current builder here what it costs now.
District of Biberach

So for us also in BW and in the district of Biberach the building permit in 2016 cost the following:
Building permit €2191
Of which €175 were for the exemption from 25° roof pitch instead of at least 28°
Building value €300,000
Shell construction sum €115,000

Should I ask 2-3 neighbors what they paid?

And with the connections, you’ll still experience your miracle. What should be 2 weeks turns into 5-6 months. If you see the construction crew nearby, grab them, otherwise you have to wait.

Would you have had the option with the Grüner Punkt? As picky as the design advisory board is, it would definitely be possible. We built through the acknowledgment procedure with 2 changes for 250 euros.

I don't know exactly why it was done that way for us either. I suspect it was because of the exemption from the specified roof pitch. The site manager/construction company or their architect handled that, and we did not question it at the time.

None, if there is a development plan. You just have to ensure that you comply with all the requirements of the development plan. Four years ago, we paid a hefty €40 for ours in NRW. However, the procedure has now been abolished in the new state building code.

The "new" state building code has not come into force; it was scrapped by the black-yellow coalition. Particularly because of the planned abolition of the exemption procedure.
