Similar to us: 6.50€ per started 1T€ raw construction sum Raw construction sum: 118€ per m³ gross volume results according to our plan: 1525m³ --> 180 T€ --> 1170 €

All good, I still somehow find it outrageous of the city to reap the full benefits from a fraction of the work.

As said, architects and managing directors of Stadtbau review it in advance. That means if they approve it, then the building authority or the drainage authority only has to check the drainage and stamp it.

According to the property purchase contract, nothing may be changed to the house anyway.
Otherwise, Stadtbau could undo everything.

You can really squeeze the builders. They have it after all.

Most of the time, fees are not set according to actual effort but according to the treasurer's guidelines on how to squeeze the lemon.

And some are lucky if a particularly large amount of effort was involved.

It is somehow understandable that the bankrupt budget needs to be improved. I will still write a nice letter to the [Baubürgermeisterin]. The rule of law simply shows no mercy to the middle class.

well, if the general contractor already miscalculates on the first invoice, then good luck,...

That's just crazy, we only paid €1087 for our building permit on a construction sum of 550k.....and that in Bavaria!
