As said, architects and managing directors of Stadtbau review it in advance. That means if they approve it, then the building authority or the drainage authority only has to check the drainage and stamp it.

According to the property purchase contract, nothing may be changed to the house anyway.
Otherwise, Stadtbau could undo everything.

You can really squeeze the builders. They have it after all.

Most of the time, fees are not set according to actual effort but according to the treasurer's guidelines on how to squeeze the lemon.

And some are lucky if a particularly large amount of effort was involved.

Sorry, that’s nonsense. The general contractor we’re building with told me 1500 as the maximum number. All based on experience from previous construction projects in the same city and roughly the same cost.

If your shell builder comes to you and the invoice is suddenly 40% higher than calculated, I’d like to see your face.

Besides, it’s not just about the number itself, we can afford that. It’s about the ratio.

By the way, I have already calculated the costs well. Last week I received the offer from the landscaping contractor for 62k for the exterior work. I think you can’t really plan more thoroughly than that. Therefore, I look forward to your scenario relatively calmly.

That's just crazy, we only paid €1087 for our building permit on a construction sum of 550k.....and that in Bavaria!
