Building permit fee - What did you pay for it?

I completely overlooked Pforzheim. Apparently, each authority/district sets its own fee rates... Our district is demonstrably one of the best in all of BaWü. (lowest unemployment rate, high number of market leaders and so-called Hidden Champions...) Maybe that's also why the fees are low.

Well, I don't know how a permit should cost only 100€ in Baden-Württemberg.

It wasn't a building permit. What casually puts in parentheses and introduces with "or rather" makes a crucial difference for the fees. In the notification procedure, almost nothing is checked and nothing is approved but only acknowledged. Therefore, it costs much less than a building permit.

I don't understand the excitement right now. On every info page about the costs of a building permit, the assumption is 0.5-1.5% of the construction sum. You're simply to blame if you assume the lowest rate.

But the best saying is "our [GU] said...". Did he maybe also calculate your house connections with €5k?

House connections over 10k. But that doesn't matter. In general, the incidental construction costs are rather generously calculated at 70k. Again, I sat with him at the PC and he showed me the incidental construction costs of the last construction projects. So why should he be telling me something untrue?
