I have received the site plan in which our desired building (color white) is drawn over the non-binding planning proposal of the municipality (building with red roof). The building boundary (blue) and the boundaries of the ancillary facilities (red) are from the municipality. To avoid confusion, I have removed the non-binding planning proposal. What remains is our desired building within the building boundary (blue) with boundaries for the ancillary facilities (red).

It would be better if you showed the entire property - after all, you should know the development plan - "raw" and in its full size, also beyond the building envelopes. Because the claim that it is already clear as is has meanwhile been disproven, since either I still haven't understood the conditions (or you haven't understood my suggestion).
