Development costs or connection costs?
The former, which you are asking about, are all the costs to make land habitable. Including roads, parking areas, street lighting, and yes, also the connections. For us, that was €40/sqm. However, 70 other owners are also involved. Earthworks for roads, etc., depend on the geotechnical report. So if you have poor soil conditions or expensive paving is used, many parking spaces as well as green areas and trees, then it becomes more expensive. It also depends on the tender how expensive the company is.
Later, the connection costs to the utility providers follow, which each builder must apply for independently for their property. These costs can be found on the utility providers' pages of the district or can be inquired by phone.
So on the internet (general research) it says development costs are about €12-15k, which as I understand includes connections, right?
It’s about plot number 185, as you can see it is within construction phase 1 and is also shown in the development plan. Adjacent plots (within the street) are already sold or reserved. So one can assume that the municipality would also be interested in the plot being built on, right?
