I am expecting 15% additional costs when purchasing (notary, architect, taxes) = too little?

For that money you might get a shell house placed on a concrete slab incl. additional costs. However, you are still about 100,000 € away from a turnkey house.


Earthworks, house connections, basement, concrete slab, outdoor facilities, furnishings + kitchen. Those are additional costs.

Do you want to buy or build? If building, then make a list of items and amounts. Otherwise, 15% incidental construction costs on €200k are rather pocket money for a new build.

Sounds like building to me. But I don't see that for the budget. Can't you find existing properties in flat Saxony for 250 k€?
