I think the perception of indoor climate is very individual. One person might not notice anything at all, while another is very sensitive. Even if the effect were purely placebo, that is still fine.

Another aspect that played a role for us was the long-term issue. I am convinced that an ETICS loses its insulating properties after 30 or 40 years because it is more exposed to the weather. By then, it is certainly already hazardous waste and must be disposed of expensively during any possible renovation. I am 30 years old and expect that my facade will need renovation once during my lifetime. A pure brick wall, which achieves its insulating property through the wall thickness alone (+ air chambers/internal insulation), does not have this problem.

If I remember correctly, I asked for measurements and figures a long time ago. But you apparently prefer to keep talking about breathing walls and the feeling of the room. It's a pity.

You must now decide whether WDVS is hazardous waste that practically never decomposes on its own and must be recycled or disposed of at great expense, or whether it has already composted on the facade after 30 years and lost its insulating effect.

No, not from breathable walls, but from the ability to balance moisture and provide comfortable air quality. My device cannot measure ppm CO2, it measures an AQI. I confused that.

With you, the moisture balance may already be more present than in a non-solid wood house, but in general, it will still be in a very low single-digit percentage range. And the CO2 simply has to get out of the house; felled wood no longer absorbs anything.

Why? There is 10mm of plaster on it. The panels are not affected by the weather. Why? Mineral fibers, resol foam, and others are not hazardous waste and are not harmful to the environment. What does "renovation" mean? The facade in monolithic construction also needs renovation. You can look at enough old buildings and their plaster facades.
