This is due to technical construction reasons related to floor heights, stairs, and floor build-up heights. In bedrooms and hallways upstairs, floor tiles are regularly not planned but rather carpeting (often also a “builder’s position”). Shutters are usually optionally electrified (prewired) but not electronically controlled. As said, this property class exists in "Economy" and "Economy plus" but not in "Advanced Superior Platinum." Those who consider full smart home features, large-format tiles or the like crucial are "in the wrong movie" with a serial terraced house – a semi-detached house is ultimately just a row of two end houses without a middle house in between.
Offers like this have a clearly defined target group: young families for whom this is their first own home (and who will likely put it back on the market once the kids go to university).
