If someone has a current list of special request prices, I would be very happy. The prices have apparently risen rapidly in recent years, so I am considering having many things done myself, how can this be done with KFW 40?

once calling the responsible purchasing advisor, from whom you can get it directly? Ignoring all my questions in post #7 is also not nice.
If you want to do parts of the interior work yourself, you have to make sure that the materials you use meet the KFW40 QNG standard.
Furthermore, I think is deluding himself about how negotiable equipment is in serial construction projects (and how tolerant their construction site logistics are for integrating own work before handover). You can’t just walk into a Black Forest cherry cake factory to personally top your piece with raspberries instead of cherries. Serial construction is a coin with two inseparable sides: you may like the basic prices, but not the specification restrictions and the extra costs for special features. Not unbundling the package is part of the core business model. This product category is not suitable for individualists. The offers only work with
buyers, not with
troublemakers.
