The Hark fireplace we have is good. The salespeople are just salespeople. They like to hear themselves talk. They really don’t have a clue. Especially after the signature, they are happy not to hear from anyone anymore. After that, the service was more than bad. "I’ll get back to you today." - means: "Call me again tomorrow to remind me."
Especially the hotline. Every time 20-30 minutes waiting time. If you’re lucky, you won’t be hung up on immediately.
Otherwise, I’d like to repeat my post #2

I’m only talking about Hark Erfurt here.
I can’t say anything about other Hark salespeople.
But the hotline is the same (bad) all over Germany.
