We finance through KfW 261 and NRW.Bank Sustainable Living (when it was still two percent cheaper). We exclude the windows and have them subsidized individually through BAFA. The central ventilation system is additionally funded through the promotion of ventilation systems with heat recovery by the Arnsberg District Government (NRW).

Visiting an energy consultant is worthwhile! They can inspect the house, review existing documents, and create an energy-efficient renovation concept. You need them anyway to apply for KfW 261.
