I ask once again for your assessment.
Message from the site manager:
If the installer supplies simple surface-mounted room thermostats and we have the electrician connect them, there will be cost savings of €595.00 compared to our offer of €6,125.00.
They will simply not match the other switches in the same switch program.
We will install the screed reinforcement (value €400.00).
This would make the additional order amount to €5,530.00 gross.
Without electrical work and screed reinforcement, we would be at €4,725.00 gross, without considering the higher-quality insulation from the heating engineer even at €4,126.69.
How should we evaluate this offer? Where can one save on underfloor heating, and where should one not save? Is screed reinforcement necessary? How important is higher-quality insulation?
