Now I have to pass. Which corner? The distance from the end of the bed to the bathroom wall is then in the free niche and about 1m.

No, unfortunately I have no further information about the staircase. I’m at a loss. In what way is the length of the staircase relevant?

The downstairs WC is relatively large. You could still save there, right? The front door moves slightly to the left according to the plan and the staircase tread becomes longer. As a result, you won’t go as far down with the staircase upstairs and it will work better with the hallway. Hope you can still follow?
However, this then requires a new solution for the [Garderobenschrank]. Maybe a not quite as deep one will do?

This corner. On paper, it looks harmless. But in reality, there is an ugly high wall that you have to squeeze past. And every evening, too. Well, good night!

I could only imagine making the downstairs toilet narrower in width (window - washbasin), not in the door - toilet axis, which was your idea, right? The niche for the wardrobe is 60cm deep. It would be a shame to take anything away from that. I understood that the front door is to the left, so the entrance area is longer, but why then can you not go as deep upstairs? Or conversely, what does going deep mean now? I really can’t picture it at all...

It is about the corner marked in red. And the idea to extend the entrance wall for the bedroom and office further downward on the plan. However, since the plan is not dimensioned, it is difficult to assess how this will affect the hallway width and whether the staircase is already drawn to the correct dimensions at all.
