Hello everyone,
we are currently still waiting for the building permit from the district office in East Bavaria. We plan to finance with the Bayernlabo interest subsidy program and KfW 300 funding. This has already been checked for feasibility in advance. Unfortunately, our Bayernlabo caseworker is absolutely uncooperative and no longer answers any questions before the application is submitted.
The problem that the KfW 300 program is now not only more expensive but also nearing its end should already be known. We expect the positive building permit in the next few days.
My question now is, can I apply for the KfW funding only after Bayernlabo approval, or could I simply do it a day later, for example? That way the Bayernlabo application would still be the first.
Are there any regulations regarding this?
