What total costs should we expect for 2 single-family houses? For single-family house 1, we had calculated around 700K EUR including everything, for single-family house 2, 500K EUR. Are these realistic assumptions?

My question: What budget should I roughly plan for? Do you have a manufacturer of prefabricated houses in mind that would be suitable (southern Germany, house with 2.5 floors, mid-price range)?
