So wood would no longer be an option for me in the house either. Screed floor and tiles laid on top of it. That is, I think, the solution for the bathroom.

I see it the same way. Wood as a floor in the bathroom is completely unsuitable. Apply screed and then tiles on top. That lasts forever and also looks good. The selection of tiles is enormous.
