If the finished floor EG is 10 cm higher than the street, then that is enough. Why is the street so much higher? Is there a slope?

The 50 m3 more excavation probably doesn't make much difference.

Hanghaus, I don’t know why the street is higher, it’s the end of the village and the fields that come there are simply a bit lower. But no hillside location.

The attic may have 75% of the ground floor area. Knee wall is 0.5m.
