Dear forum community,
In the course of the heating subsidy adjustment 2021, it is not entirely clear to me whether the installation of a biomass heating system (for us wood/pellets) in new buildings is still subsidized with a 35% grant. The formulations for new buildings are partly very superficial and inconsistent.
The Bafa is currently not reachable by phone, so my question to the group.
In the information sheet on eligible costs, among other things, the construction of a heating room as well as a chimney for operating the heating system are eligible for funding. In the 2020 information sheet, it still said "in existing buildings". This note is no longer in the current 2021 version. Can you provide me with information on whether the construction of the heating room with chimney is also eligible for funding in new buildings?
P.s. the heating room will be located at our garage.
Thank you for your feedback.
Best regards, Felix
